Keep only what the week can finish
Many arguments start when the larder empties first — not when the basket is small.
Before anything rides in, write three lines — this month’s name, whether it can be finished within the week, and whether a walking edge still remains on the shelf. Putting those three lines on the basket range often saves more time than buying another crate. This piece is habit language. It does not promise a nutrition outcome.
- Name first
- Finishable items only
- Leave a walking edge
- No invented kitchens
