Site operator NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION ASSOCIATION LTD, working from the Polegate registered office. This page is also the public Privacy Policy for ScopeDraft Builder (package com.scopedraft.builder). Questions go to the Hatch page or to that office in writing. A public mailbox is not published yet.
Information you may send the office
A letter to the registered office may include your name, a reply address, and the message body. The Hatch form on this website keeps a copy in the browser only and does not transmit it. The host may store ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser string, and time of access so the site stays available and safe.
Website tools
These pages do not run advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or pixels. Typefaces load from Google Fonts; that request may carry an IP address and a browser string. It is not an upload of a ScopeDoc.
ScopeDraft Builder (1.0.0)
ScopeDraft Builder is an Android outline for a statement of work. Version 1.0.0 needs no account, no cloud sync, and no INTERNET permission. ScopeDoc records and settings stay on the device. Where this chapter and the website chapter differ for that app, this chapter governs.

What stays on the device
A ScopeDoc you type may include a title, a client name, an overview, deliverable lines, exclusion lines, and milestones with dates and notes. Settings may record whether milestone reminders are on. An export file exists only in a folder you choose with the system picker. NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION ASSOCIATION LTD does not receive those records in this version. Text you type may name your own clients; that text stays on the phone.
What this version does not send us

Permissions you can refuse
Notifications are optional and off until you turn reminders on. A milestone reminder can fire one day before a date you entered. A follow-up nudge can fire when sections you left incomplete have sat for seven days. If the system blocks notifications, the reminder does not leave the phone; you can allow them in system settings. Export uses the Storage Access Framework so you pick a folder. The app does not need a standing browse-all-files grant for that export.
How to remove records
Settings includes Clear all data, which removes every ScopeDoc on that device. Uninstalling generally removes private files stored by the app. JSON or CSV files you already exported stay in the folder you chose. Because this material stays on the device, we cannot open, recover, or delete it from a server.
What we tell a store about collection
NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION ASSOCIATION LTD does not collect or share ScopeDoc records, client names, or device identifiers from ScopeDraft Builder in version 1.0.0. Local files on your device are not collected by us. We do not sell personal information.
Why we keep a message
We read contact details you send the office so we can answer you, keep the site safe, and meet legal duties under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 where they apply. ScopeDraft Builder records are processed on the device so the outline, reminder, and export tools you choose can run.
When we share
Personal details are not sold as advertising inventory. We pass website or letter data along only for hosting, a legal demand, or to protect rights, and Google may receive a website Fonts request. ScopeDoc records are not transmitted to us in this version.
How long we keep notes
Inquiry files we actually receive stay only while we handle them, then we delete or anonymize the file except when a statute says we must keep it longer. ScopeDoc records remain on the device until you clear them or uninstall.
Requests about your data
You may ask to see, correct, restrict, or delete contact information we hold where the law allows. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office. For on-device ScopeDoc records, use Clear all data or uninstall. We cannot reach that local content from a server.
Visitors under 13
This website and ScopeDraft Builder are not written for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app or the site.
Visitors outside the UK
Hosting equipment for this website may sit in the United Kingdom or other jurisdictions used by the hosting provider. ScopeDraft Builder 1.0.0 does not send ScopeDoc records off the device to NATUROPATHIC NUTRITION ASSOCIATION LTD.
Law and updates
England and Wales, United Kingdom governs this notice. When the text changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it. A later app version will be named on this page if its practices change.
