Notes on reading summary metrics that a requesting party already holds (for example, a site or store-console export) and turning them into a written observation. We do not embed undisclosed tracking SDKs, and we publish no app statistics at this stage. Insights are not used for health assessment.

- Separate observations from open questions
- No link to personal health data
