How we handle enquiries
The process is short, written, and does not collect health files.
- Write. Use the contact page or mark@freshyes.shop. State the topic. Do not send medical records, medication lists, or laboratory results.
- Clarify. We confirm whether the question is educational, company-information, or digital-support related, and we list any written materials needed.
- Reply. We send a checkable note or explain why we cannot help.
- Follow up. If public company facts need updating, we change the website only after confirmation.
